Medinet Clinic is a unique combination of
Family Practice, Internal Medicine and Urgent Care.
The Physicians and Physicians Assistants also have special
training in Pediatrics, Dermatology, Non-operative Gynecology,
Minor Orthopedics, and many other specialties which allow the
physician to treat the whole family, at primary level
Office Hours and Appointments
Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 6:30pm
and Saturday from 9:00am to 1:00pm. Patients are encouraged to
make an appointment but is not necessary. Same day and next day
appointments are available for urgently ill patients.
If you are a new patient; please arrive 20 minutes early to
complete the necessary paper work. We also ask that you bring
your insurance card with you to each visit and notify us of any
changes in your address, phone number, and/or insurance.
Cancellations:
- We ask that you notify us of any change
in appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
Wait:
- Please notify the front desk if your wait
is longer than 20 minutes to your appointment.
Prescription Refill - If you have any questions concerning your
condition, treatment, or medications, please
call our office as soon as possible. If you need a medication
refilled, we request that you call your pharmacy first and they
will call us. There may be up to 5 day turnaround.
Payment for Services
- Payment in advance may be requested for
all new patients. All balances are due at time of service and all
co-pays are due before seeing your physician.
